“The God we serve, is a God of Plans and Purpose.”                          Nurses for the Nations

Nurses for the Nations is a 501 (c) 3 charitable non-profit Christian Humanitarian organization. N4N provides concrete and evidenced-based nursing programs, under a ‘Transformative Care Model ©’ for the indigenous.

This approach utilizes teaching and training platforms and quality-of-life initiatives in partnership with the Church, charitable and or faith-based organizations.

1. We work in partnership with the local Church, charitable and or faith-based organizations where an existing health ministry program is set up, but leaders of service outreach or organizational leadership desires to take the next step in developing their mainstream health ministry as a deeper, more medically strategic program in reaching and serving their un-reached indigenous populations.

2. We work in partnership with the local Church, charitable and or faith-based organizations where there is no existing health outreach program but organizational leaders desire to establish health foundational programs for local or international indigenous and un-reached; and need training and logistical assistance and support with launching a medical outreach training program.

3. We work in partnership with Christian and or charitable non profit organizations and international Churches where there is a great need for the services of nurses and medical outreach professionals to serve the indigenous community; we help establish a health sustainable service model that engages community leaders, creates health agent programs and utilizes indigenous participation to transform their own communities.

Nurses for the Nations assists churches and service outreach organizations to develop sustainable programs through:

  • Global Health Improvement Programs:

-GHI programs focus on targeted health issues through testing and nursing treatment

  • Health Teaching and Training Programs:

-HTT programs raise quality of life through education and training about disease, poverty, social and welfare issues

  • Health Village Sustainability Programs:

-HVS programs engage individuals at the ‘village’ level by inviting them to be active participants in N4N programs and outreach

Through mobilization of professional nursing and medical teams, educators, teachers, doctoral and masters level prepared health leaders, Nurses for the Nations works collaboratively with the talents and gifts of the medical community within the Church or non-profit Christian faith-based sector and or charitable sector, to launch medical outreach initiatives in alignment with mutual service goals. The success of our health programs is dependent on donations and support from local churches, private individuals, foundations, and Christian and or charitable non-profit partnerships.

N4N develops unique processes and strategies to address the specific needs of the cultures they serve: these plans work in concert with un-reached communities and countries while we strategically train medical local church and or community teams, capstone on their strengths and fill in the gaps where the need is greatest.
