“Never underestimate the capacity of the human heart to give” Nurses for the Nations
When we stretch beyond our capacity to ‘give,’ we put into motion a powerful ripple effect that resonates with others on a much deeper level. ’Generosity’ is a tangible sign of altruistic love within each of us. This self-sacrificing love opens the door for healing and transformation to take place in others. Never underestimate the capacity of the human heart to give-it is very profound.
That is why ‘giving’ is a catalyst for life-giving change because it sets off a series of events that breaks through self-focused barriers which separate us. Once those barriers are broken-down, transformation begins to take place in people, places and things in ways we could never imagine.
