Nurses for the Nations is deeply connected to the local communities in the Savannah, Georgia, and poorer regions of the country. Through the local Church, and surrounding faith-based communities, we serve communities through planned medical outreach programs and projects.
Our nurses in the church community can make a difference with those who lack medical insurance or direct access to medical care. N4N helps to coordinate, plan and implement medical outreach programs and works in partnership with the Church and community foundations and outreach programs to harness medical resources and supplies to accommodate the program.
Through teaching and training programs that invite the poor to participate, we believe individuals can take active roles in the work of healing their own community with our partnership program.
We bring to local regions the same principles of support we bring to our international constituents. At the heart of every community is its people. We want to reach out to those in need and help them by helping the church, faith-based organizations and local faith-based programs and initiatives set up medical outreach programs that are life-giving, sustainable and align with the Gospel right in our own back yard.
